JDCD Constructway Residential Building Construction is a duly registered business and construction company under the Department of Trade and Industry.
We offer extensive services in residential construction and other civil and mechanical works for various construction projects within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
We are fueled and inspired by the sacrifices of the Filipinos to build homes and businesses' construction needs for their livelihood. We value these sacrifices, and our business aims to make the most out of them by delivering our commitment timely and within the agreed budget.

Milestones along the way
From a newly registered business to builds across Luzon and the Visayas.
JDCD Constructway is registered with the Department of Trade and Industry, and completes its first project — I-beam installation at Centro Residences, Quezon City.
PCAB issues our Regular Contractor's License. We restore elevator shafts at the Philippine General Hospital, complete the Caballero Buildings in Binondo, and design & build our first custom home in Tarlac.
We expand into warehouses and institutional work — Homelite Enterprises, U.P. Faculty Center, Resilience Institute, and the Estrella Residence in Rizal.
Major commercial and industrial works: Solaire North in Vertis North, restaurant renovation at Robinsons Magnolia, New Zealand Creamery, and Irradiation Solutions in Tanay.
Ongoing builds include the Foodsphere Dairy Plant in Batangas, Maranatha Christian Academy projects, and the PMCC Bagabag Auditorium in Nueva Vizcaya.

JDCD Constructway operates in full compliance with Philippine business and construction regulations. Copies of our credentials are available to clients upon request.

Regular Contractor's License issued by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (DTI–CIAP).
DTI Business Name Registration
Certificate of Business Name Registration from the Department of Trade and Industry.
BIR Certificate of Registration
Registered taxpayer with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (RDO 026, Malabon–Navotas).
Mayor's / Business Permit
Contractor — Class AA, licensed by the City of Malabon Business Permit and Licensing Office.
